Questions businesses ask
Is there a minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum. For one or two items it is usually quickest to order the listing on Etsy. For larger quantities, repeat orders or anything bespoke, email Fliss for a quote.
How long will my order take?
It depends on the quantity and the time of year. Tell Fliss the date you need it by, and she will confirm a date with your quote.
What do you need for my logo?
An SVG or a high-resolution PNG. Cut vinyl decals are one colour with no background, so Fliss checks your logo will work before you order. Printed labels can be full colour.
How do I pay?
For larger and bespoke orders, Fliss sends you a quote and then an invoice. Smaller orders can go through the Etsy listing if you prefer.
Can I reorder the same design?
Yes. Mention your last order and the quantity you need, and Fliss can make the same design again.
How is it delivered?
Orders are posted with Royal Mail, with faster options if you need them. Labels and decals are made to order and sent flat.
